The machine uses a welded chain to transport the grain:● The use of a welded chain eliminates the possibility of bending of the grain transporting vanes.● The blades are welded from structural steel sheets with a thickness of 5 mm. The reinforcing bushings are used to strengthen the chain and prevent it from breaking.In addition, the following design solutions were used:● The drive station is equipped with a side inspection window for checking the volume of transported grain.
● The drive station is equipped with a system to eliminate shock stresses during start-up.
The bottom of the conveyor is made of polyethylene:● 10 mm thick polyethylene significantly increases the service life of the conveyor.
● 10 mm thick polyethylene ensures quiet operation of the entire machine, eliminating the possibility of friction between metal components
.

Application:The conveyor is designed for receiving and transporting grain.Product advantages:● The walls of the conveyor are made of structural galvanised steel of the MAGNELIS type.● The sheet structure is characterised by high rigidity of both the walls and all components.● The use of a galvanised protective coating with magnesium enhances corrosion protection in acid and alkaline environments.
