The elevator walls are made of Magnelis galvanised steel sheet:
● The structural sheet is characterised by high wall stiffness in the full range for all components.
● The use of a magnesium galvanised protective coating provides increased corrosion protection in acidic environments.
Elevator elements in contact with the grain are made of Hardox sheet, providing maximum protection against abrasion of the structural components.
The lifting head is equipped with an inspection hatch that provides access to the inside of the machine at the level of the transported grain outlet.
The main elevator is equipped with observation windows for monitoring the grain flow.
Depending on the needs, the device can be equipped with metal or electrostatic composite buckets.
