Laser cutting of metal

Precise cutting of sheet metal of all shapes and sizes on modern equipment

The machine uses key components of worldwide quality control, as well as more than a decade of experience with laser equipment, making the machine a breakthrough among fibre laser cutting machines.

The machine is designed by Jinqiang Laser for the real needs of the sheet metal processing industry, equipped with a 1000W strategic laser that can cut carbon steel up to 15mm thick.
We can produce parts of any size and quantity.

Laser cutting of thin metals (this technique is not suitable for raw materials with a thickness of more than 20 mm, unless it is suitable for engraving and grooving) is carried out on special equipment, which is a machine with a directed laser beam.
Its surface is heated to extremely high temperatures and then melted, the metal evaporates along the production line, leaving no trace.

What metals can be cut with a laser?

● Carbon steel;● Corrosion-resistant steel;● Stainless steel;● Ferrous metal, etc.

During the cutting process, the material in the cutting zone is melted, ignited, vaporised and carried away by a gas jet under the influence of the laser beam, which is why this process is called "gas laser cutting". This technique produces narrow holes with a minimal heat affected area. The peculiarity of laser cutting is the absence of mechanical impact on the processed material, so when using laser cutting, the deformation that occurs during the cutting process and the residual deformation after complete cooling is extremely small.
